Our proven project management methodology and tools ensures professional planning of all details of your event.
We are capable of producing events of any size, anywhere in the world. We have executed events in more than 115 locations for groups between 20-5,000 participants.
Our project managers control budget, deadlines, and contracts carefully. A dedicated project team will support and execute all details of the event.
Concept development
Our team specializes in creating unique event concepts, whether it's a strategy meeting, product launch, company party or award show.
Inspired by your KPIs and ambitions, our creative team and senior project managers develop the concept though several brainstorm sessions, mood boards and discussions. The concept will be presented via visuals and graphical elements, which will be adjusted according to your feedback and inputs.
Creative
We bring your ideas and brand to life, no matter the size or scope. Whether it's internal or external communication, we help you stand out and effectively communicate you and your brand's unique culture.
Our creative department creates visual identities, event logos, branding, signage, branded merchandise, exhibition design, 3D drawings and visualisations, video production, screen content, animation, opening & nomination videos, voice overs, onsite film and photography, recap videos and much more!
Sustainability
As a natural part of our thinking we have a sustainable mindset.
We educate and challenge teams, clients, and suppliers to prioritize sustainability. Through efficient resource management and circular thinking, we offer measuring the CO2 footprint at the events we produce.
We optimize event planning to minimize transport and promote reuse of materials, aiming to combat throwaway culture in exhibition setups. Additionally, we enhance community impact by donating excess resources and supporting local initiatives.
