    • Luxury custom builds can have a cost from DKK 75,000 for branding and decoration.

    • Staff person supporting during the day (8 hours): DKK 5,500.

  • F&B solutions can be added as part of your Pride activation, including bar setups, drinks service, and branded serving elements tailored to your concept.

    Please note that F&B is only available as part of a package and must be booked together with a parade vehicle or transport solution.

    Final setup depends on scale, logistics, and local regulations.

FAQ

  • The Copenhagen Pride Parade is on Saturday 16 August 2025 and starts at Frederiksberg City Hall at 13.00 and follows the usual route to Copenhagen City Hall.

  • Since 2023, all vehicles participating in the parade have been required to be electric.

  • In order to participate in the parade, all groups must designate:

    • Two Parade guides for a vehicle with two axels (i.e a car)

    • Four Parade guides for a vehicle with more than two axels (i.e a truck or a bus)

    We will further help to uphold the rest of the guidelines in the planning process, so you can celebrate pride with no concerns!
